What we're about

This group is for people who want to lose weight, improve their health and de-stress with the Jazzercise dance-based program. Jazzercise is a fusion of dance moves with Pilates, Kickboxing and yoga moves for a fun workout that is easy to stick with. We have regular outings after class. Come join us!
