Kick off your weekend with some friendly morning faces (make up not expected!) and get a full body workout to an eclectic mix of a variety of popular music - dance, pop, latin, rock, alternative county. Don't think you're coordinated? No worries. We have experienced fun instructors who will guide you through a warm-up, 30 minutes of dance cardio aerobics and 25 minutes of strength and stretching. We started this group to provide a community of support and fun where we can help each other become more fit, feel better about ourselves and develop friendships. We know the hardest thing is walking in the door - just do THAT and we'll do the rest!
