What we're about

This group is dedicated to those who want to get out of the rat race, are willing to invest in themselves, are looking for personal development and want to create passive income and/or multiple streams of income. Gain an unfair advantage and learn "what the rich teach their children that the poor and middle class do not". If you have read Robert Kiyosaki’s "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" or have a desire to be an entrepreneur, you will love the Cashflow game.

USA Today called the Cashflow 101 board game "Monopoly on steroids". The game is great for all experience levels. You will learn how to spot a deal, discover methods and strategies for acquiring assets, learn how to create streams of income and practical ways to save money, all while playing a great board game. If you are already out of the rat race, this group is a great way to meet like-minded people and expand your network. And don't let the fact that it is a board game fool you. The lessons are very real and apply to real life.

So regardless of WHY you want passive income, time freedom, the desire to quit your job, or to make more money - this group is the place to learn with zero risk.

New players should arrive by 6:30 PM to learn the highlights of how to play the game, and the seasoned players should arrive by 7:00 to kick off the game. We will finish at 8:30 and spend 10 to 15 minutes discussing what we learned.

Feel free to bring friends and learn with us. The game is free to play. We can't wait to meet you!

Join us for a fun evening and learn the secret to getting out of the rat race using the author of "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", Robert Kiyosaki's Cashflow Game. This game teaches the players financial literacy by filling in and updating a personal financial statement throughout the game and to focus on cash flow when investing to attain financial independence and "escape the rat race."

Come early if you would like to enjoy some fabulous Texas Bar-B-Q. Their pits are 100% wood fired with oak, a slower burning wood than the mesquite used by others. Along with time and oak, they cook with a dry spice that ensures each plate of Rudy's Bar-B-Q is perfectly ready for you.

We will play the game in the "Banquet Room" located in the back of the restaurant. Look for the Orange Neon Sign that says "CASHFLOW GAME".

The game is free. If you have the Cashflow 101 game, feel free to bring it. We will also have the Cashflow 202 game available to play!!!

Rich Dad Poor Dad was written by Robert Kiyosaki and advocates financial independence primarily through financial literacy and understanding money the way a rich person does. Robert Kiyosaki says that the reason why so many poor and middle class people don't become rich is because they simply don't understand money and have values or beliefs that prevent them from getting there, such as "all rich people are greedy". The book explains that the wealthy teach their children about money to ensure their financial success in life while the poor and middle class rely mostly on the school system which does not teach anything about money, even at the college level in business schools.
