This is a group for anyone interested in taking benefit of the Guided meditation session.
Free no cost and initiative in partnership with Diamond Hill/Jarvis and Sahaja Yoga Meditation Center.

You do not need a background in meditation. Suitable for beginner, intermediate and advance.
Learn to meditate every day 10 min on your own.
All learning materials will be provided.

• Guided meditation sessions that are easy to practice every day. Sessions are divided into two parts. First meditation session will guide you through how to prepare for meditation. The second session teaches you how you can meditate every day 10 to 15 min at home. Our instructors with more than 10 years of experience, master the art of leading through a relaxing meditation session, catered to individual needs. • What to bring Meditation will be on chairs. Relax clothing recommended. All instructions material will be provided.
