Lesson 03 - Composition Styles

Details
This Workshop is designed to give Attendees a brief overview of the various types of composition styles (how your shots are setup and how they are viewed by others) incorporated by both film and digital photographers. The Workshop consists of the following sessions: open discussion on composition styles; hands on practice with a LIVE MODEL; question and answer time, and review of optional take home assignments.
During this Workshop, Attendees will learn about the most common and standard composition styles used in both film and digital photography, such as the rule of thirds and linear composition. Attendees will also have the opportunity to practice the various composition styles with a LIVE MODEL. A PDF curriculum will be provided to each attendee in advance of the workshop, which shall include the agenda, written descriptions of all topics being discussed, a vocabulary section, and a detailed overview of the optional take home assignment to continue practicing items taught during this workshop.
Workshop is limited to twenty (20) attendees, to ensure we can give everyone the proper amount of attention to practice what is taught, discuss and ask questions. Since we will be working with a LIVE MODEL, this workshop is slightly more expensive to help offset the cost of the model.
