Ride to the Old Fisherman's Grotto in Monterey!

We'll head south to the 'Old Fisherman's Grotto (http://www.oldfishermansgrotto.com/)' (route (http://goo.gl/maps/8wYnn)) at Fisherman's Wharf in Monterey. We will park in the parking lot between the two wharfs (parking fee - 2MC's per slot).

The meetup spot will be Peet's Coffee & Tea on Almaden (1110 Blossom Hill Rd., Suite 20, San Jose, CA 95118 - to the left of Whole Foods), chitchat a bit, and then head out for lunch on Fisherman's Wharf.

Route down: (http://goo.gl/maps/8wYnn) Almaden Xway, right to McKean/Uvas Rd. then right on Wasonville Rd., right on 152, over Hecker Pass, right on Holohan Rd./Airport Blvd., south on Rt. 1 to Monterey (see linked route above).

Route back (detailed (http://goo.gl/maps/B0PFR))-(less detailed (http://goo.gl/maps/oZmzj)): We will head out of Monterey and go south on Rt. 1, do a gas-up stop at the Chevron on Rio Rd. just south of Carmel Valley Road, then to Carmel Valley Rd. inland to the left onto Laureles Grade and right on 68, right on John St. then immediate left on Monterey St. (merges with Rt. 183) to Rt. 101 N, exit in Gilroy at Monterey St./Rd., left on Rt. 152 W, right on Watsonville Rd., left on Uvas Rd./McKean Rd., right then immediate left onto Almaden Xway to Peet's Coffee or anywhere you're needing to peel off from the group along the way back.
