What we're about

Whilst we are all focused on our immune health, we can all benefit from the healing ancient Chinese flowing movements of Tai Chi and healing Qigong to help calm anxiety, and improve our mood.

Tai chi can help with balance, mobility, and co-ordination. It is proven to reduce blood pressure and restore inner peace. In each class, I will take you through simple moves step by step and use visualizations to help calm your mind.

From time to time I offer free short online classes as a way to give to the community, I also have another group on MeetUp which is Live Guided Meditation to Reduce Anxiety.

I give regular in personal classes at the following locations:

The Four Seasons Hotel, Westlake Village, CA - Saturdays at 9am

(currently only open to members and guests).

I also offer private 30 minute or 1 hour coaching sessions in Yoga, Tai Chi / Qigong, Fitness Training and Mindfulness Coaching. Just send me a message to find out more.
