What we're about

The NWA chapter of Free Code Camp.

Free Code Camp is an open-source curriculum that teaches people how to code through exercises and working on projects for non-profit organizations.

We welcome anybody that wants to learn Full Stack Web Development with a strong focus on JavaScript. This meetup is primarily dedicated to new developers to help in learning with the Free Code Camp curriculum.

New Developers: Come to the meetups to work with other campers and get help where ever in your journey you need it.

Seasoned Developers: Come to the meetups to help new developers learn and understand coding better while interacting with other professional developers.

We now meet every other Saturday from 10a-noon at Mama Carmen's (aka Basecamp Coffee).

If you plan to come out to one of our meetups we ask that you go to https://www.freecodecamp.org (https://www.freecodecamp.org/) and sign up first. If you can get through the HTML & CSS part of the curriculum before your first meetup, that will help out so much.

Events are posted here as well as our facebook group: https://www.freecodecamp.org (https://www.freecodecamp.org/)

We hope to see you there!
