Kundalini Meditation Class with Acharya Purnata (FREE)
When?: Wednesdays Required First Timer Intro @ 6:20PM Class @ 7PM How?: New students must attend a 30-minute Introductory Meeting prior to their first class (usually offered an hour before class). What?: Kundalini Meditation is an ancient spiritual practice that allows each individual to deeply experience their own direct, inner connection to the Divine. Class includes shakti transmission, guided meditation, and discussion. Shakti transmission is a vitally important presence in the awakening of the kundalini. Shakti transmission allows for the direct transmission of energy from teacher to student. Who?: Taught by Acharya Purnata (lineage of Swami Khecaranatha, Swami Rudrananda, and Bhagavan Nityananda).

A weekly meditation class. Intros for first time students are at 6:30pm. Class is weekly at 7pm.

Shaktipat is the transmission of a living spiritual energy. The term literally means "the descent of grace," and it is a vitally important presence in the awakening of the kundalini. Shaktipat allows for the direct transmission of energy from teacher to student.
