Sahaja yoga classes are meant for everyone who desires to find his or her true self, which is full of peace, joy of life and love for others. We are people just like you, that enjoy volunteering our time to help out in our communities. We experience the benefits and joy that Sahaja Yoga Meditation has brought us on a daily basis and are eager to share the experience with anyone that asks.

Founded and developed by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970, Sahaja Yoga Meditation involves the awakening of a subtle spiritual energy known as the Kundalini which lies dormant in the sacrum bone at the base of the spine. Meditators feel a cool breeze on their hands and head leading to a state of bliss and peace. Some Helpful Information to get you started.

You never have to pay for Sahaja Yoga Meditation anywhere in the world since it is based on the system which is already present within us, which is our own.

2) What resources are available:
