Setting this recurring Meetup for next two month to provide opportunity to all of you to experience and learn meditation and connect with the peace and joy of your own being. If you can join on a continuous basis that will be most beneficial as just like any other learning the experience gets better with regular practice both individually and in group, however feel free to join on whatever dates possible next two month if you can't join all.
Each class I will recap some of the basic info and add new info for ~10-15 minutes, followed by guided meditation session for ~ 30 mins. There after we will share our experiences, answer any questions you may have. The session would last 1 hour in total (6:30-7:30 pm).
Just dress comfortable. We would be sitting on chairs, but if you are comfortable sitting on ground then you are welcome to bring a cushion with you to sit on earth. There would be space to sit on ground. Sitting on earth is helpful but not necessary.
