Hello! We would like to welcome you to our free weekly Sahaja Yoga meditation programs. Our classes are community based and are run by volunteers. We all have been practicing for many years and enjoy sharing our experience of meditation. The classes are designed to help you get into a genuine meditative state, which can be felt tangibly. It is quite effortless and spontaneous. You will learn simple meditation techniques to help you stop the thoughts and experience true meditation and its benefits. In our weekly meetings we go through how to meditate, the knowledge of our “subtle system” (the chakras and channels), guided meditations, introductory talks and videos by Shri Mataji the founder of Sahaja Yoga a Nobel price nominee, practical and simple techniques to help regain balance... When we reach the state of meditation we fill good. That's what we want you to experience! Meditation also improves health and helps overcome difficulties in our life such as stress, anxiety, depression or addictions. If you are in search for inner peace and happiness, if you want to discover your full potential then this group is for you. Anyone can do it, whatever your level, gender, social status, religion, health or age. There is no physical activity involved. All the meetings are free of charge and we are having lots of fun too.
