Energy Rejuvenation, Purify YOU via Mindfulness
This month we practice the art of Energy Rejuvenation via Mindfulness. Whether it is because of a long day's work that was physically, emotionally, or simply a "draining" situation, self-energy rejuvenation is an art that can be developed through mindfulness exercises.
On the 10th of September, we explore with mindfulness exercises practical ways to quickly purify our mind, spirit & body for a goal of Energy Rejuvenation.
On the 24th of September, we go further into maintaining a high energy level of JOY with mindfulness exercises!
Everybody that comes gets a take home sheet that reviews our Mindfulness Meditation Tools: the Guided Mindfulness Meditations; guidance on how to do the Cobra Pranayama Breathing; explanation of the corresponding Mudra, hand postures as well as the Acupressure Points; and also gets to partake in the Meditation Oil, “Energy Rejuvenation."
