Free Music Improvisation & Music Improv Games

We meet up for free improv sessions.
Any level or style is welcome.
Not only musicians but any kind of performance artists are welcome.

New to meetup.com but we've been doing improv music sessions for years!

The first Sunday morning of every month.
Some people relax with yoga, some with painting, we improvise!
A fantastic way to excite your creative energy!

We also get into music games for improvisation.
Do you like to play music? Do you like to play games?
We host various events and workshops involving free improvisation and music games.
Most of the music games are designed to be easily accessible, but with deep mechanics for thought-provoking gameplay and to create imaginative music!

Sometimes we are also looking for musicians to help test new music games.

主催者はマーカススタニエック、東京に住むプロミュージシャン、作曲家。2003年にバークリー音楽大学を卒業して以来、型にはまらない音楽、音楽ゲームを教えております。

The lead organizer is Marcus Staniec.
Professional musician and composer living in Tokyo.
He’s also been teaching unconventional music and music games since graduating from Berklee College of Music in 2003.
He now has his own school where he continues to teach while working as a freelance media composer and improvising performer.
