What we're about

Are you someone who needs a mood boosting, energizing and educational fitness and meal plan tutorial? I lead small groups of people through. Learn about functional movement, simple ways to keep your meals healthy and how to integrate healthy practices into your life. This group is for people ready to take control of their bad habits and replace them with good ones.

These 60 minute sessions are led by me, Kareen Van Nen. I am a certified Personal Trainer, Functional Movement Coach, and Meal Planning Teacher.

Come prepared to move your body! Bring a towel, water bottle and a change of clothes and a notebook.

Food items are prepared outside of a commercial kitchen and are not inspected by a government agency.
