The Free Online Meditation classes are led by volunteers with diverse backgrounds, vast experience, deep knowledge, and skills. These classes begin with a short introduction, step by step guided meditation to experience the awakening of a potential energy residing in all of us, known as Kundalini ensuring a joyful and peaceful state for all participants.

The vision of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga, was that a global transformation can take place because with the rising of the Kundalini along the spine a person becomes extremely dynamic and at the same time extremely compassionate, kind and mild.

"When the Kundalini rises then you become thoughtlessly aware. That is meditative state. You do not do meditation. You get into meditation. We cannot do meditation. You have to be in that state. "

30 minutes MORNING MEDITATIONS on Weekdays ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿง˜

Start each weekday with a 30 min. guided morning sessions to focus on getting into, sustaining, and deepening the state of meditation.

Each session is unique and suitable for new, intermediate and advanced meditators.

After the 30 min guided meditation, we play music for another 5+ mins and then offer those still in the session an opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and say hello.
