With a focus on increasing flexibility, strength, circulation and balance, this class uses gentle stretching, dynamic meditation, and Tai Chi movements to help bring your mind back to your body. You’ll leave feeling renewed, grounded and energized, with a sharper mental focus and an increased sense of well-being. Open to adults of all ages!
