“The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking.” Albert Einstein
Our mission is to empower you to make the most out of your mind so you can live a fulfilled life.
How we do this is by sharing life coaching tools from multi-disciplinary practices; Neuro-Linguistic Programming , Mindfulness, Counseling, Life Coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Who will find our meetup useful: - you want to empower yourself and others - you want to become aware of who it is you truly are - you want to create a strategy for the best possible life - you want to energize yourself - you want to exterminate your inner critic
Who would not benefit from this meetup: - those who are not willing to take responsibility for themselves - those who judge, blame and criticize others - those who are immature or arrogant - those who are uncomfortable opening up to strangers, at least about basic concerns of life that everyone can relate to. (How much you want to open up is totally up to you but we don't recommend coming if you're completely shut off and rigid.)
How are we different from other groups? - During each meetup you will learn and practice a new life skill that you can use to improve the quality of your life - Sometimes we work in pairs to create intimate connection with other people - We encourage vulnerability which provides access to freedom - authenticity and truth will set you free! - We consider ourselves perfectly imperfect and foster humility and open-mindedness
In our meetups we will be exploring our inner architecture and if you decide to attend our meetups, Vegas Rules Apply, what happens in the meetup stays in the meetup. Confidentiality is a must and you will be banned from our meetups if you do not respect this.
There will be no sales or marketing at any of our meetups.
We are looking forward to seeing you at our next meetup! Let's dive deep and have fun together!
