Our Session will start at 11:30am each Saturday at Paddington Recreation Grounds (https://maps.google.com/maps/ms?msid=211571956342245516938.0004dd649ca6e561547e9&msa=0&ll=51.530543,-0.190324&spn=0.00278,0.004823) in Maida Vale, W9 1PD (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=Randolph+Avenue%2C+London) (Please be aware that the postcode provided covers a 100m radius outside of the grounds, and not directly into the ground itself) and will last 1 hour, followed by 15 min nutrition, exercise and fitness Q&As, if you require.

The classes are designed to help you tone up, lose weight, burn fat and regain your fitness and mobility. These are NOT going to be a very intense sessions, however, they are to challenge you and make you sweat. You will move your body and learn new things each time you come.

The classes will utilise a lot of:
• body weight movements,
• mobility and flexibility drills,
• work on your balance and coordination,
• (only if your capable of them) Sprints and some gently recovery jogs
• Games and challenges
• (depending on the size of the group and weather) some exercises with basic equipment such as Kettlebells, medicine balls, skipping ropes, and many others.
• Loads of fun and team spirit

All these classes and workshops are FREE of charge and you’re welcome to bring your friends and let others know about us.

All you need to do is, bring a bottle of water AND a big smile with you... and we are ready to go. We'll only ask you to fill in a short health questionnaire and sign a waiver of liability.

Occasionally, we may take some picture of *me* at work and the class as such - I hope you're OK with it.

Again, the class is free, however, there are still some basic rules to follow, such as courtesy, politeness, etc. Fair enough?

Also, remember to come on time. If you miss our warm-up, I'm afraid you will not be able to take part - It's for your safety, it disrupts the session, + I may not have any equipment available for you. Please, please - come on time, as I hate turning you down and sending back home.

The classes have been design and run by Coach Bronek (http://www.coachbronek.com), a fitness professional with over 20 years experience in the industry and the founder of previously popular programme Extreme Fitness Boot Camps (http://www.extremefitnessbootcamps.com/) and currently Fit4Elite (http://www.fit4elite.com/) and “I’m So Slim” (http://www.imsoslim.com/) weight loss programme for women in west and central London.

You’ll get top, non PC and BS free advice on fitness, exercise and nutrition and really good quality coaching advice and training.
We’ll also have fun doing all this.
