There's a yoga revolution at happening at Creative Yoga London (http://www.creativeyogalondon.co.uk); yoga that connects! and it's about to hit Dalston! In my classes, suitable for all, I follow them with Social's as well as exercises during the classes which you do with partners, and sometimes where we connect in the group as a whole. This class precedes the amazing Yoga Pub Dating at 7pm.
It encompasses many of the innovative features that are my signature. Classes move focus between a diverse range of specialities - such as deep meditation and relaxation, partner yoga, group (humandala) yoga, isolation yoga (yes I can also teach yoga where you'll just be on your own mat and soak so far into yourself you'll be asking for a sleeping bag!)
So if you are looking for the perfect end to your working day with some stress relief and decompression, or the perfect start to your evening with some Heart warming practice, I'll see you there! Following the Class is also the amazing YOGA PUB DATING at 7pm, so if you are single and like doing yoga, connection exercises and a chance to socialise afterwards it's the place to be! More from me at www.creativeyogalondon.co.uk (http://www.creativeyogalondon.co.uk/) and www.richardbrookacupuncture.co.uk (http://www.richardbrookacupuncture.co.uk/)
This venue is perfect for this type of class , it has a bar, cafe and restaurant literally through the doors from where we'll be practicing yoga, so it's easy to come out and grab some food and chat to fellow class mates afterwards. The only thing that's not so great is that I teach a class straight after so i can't come and socialise with you! (although if you are still there at 8.30 it's all good)
