How could "happy hour" be any happier?
OK, OK, maybe I'm not as much fun as cocktails with friends, BUT YOU'LL LEARN STUFF!
This DIGITAL CAMERA/PHOTOGRAPHY class starts tomorrow, Friday, Sept. 23, 7-9pm, for 5 meetings:
Digital Imaging, through the Newark Adult School, gets you proficient with all your camera's capabilities. You'll really learn from the strong HANDS-ON emphasis in each of 5 weekly sessions, 7pm - 9pm Fridays.
This class starts with digital photo BASICS, and moves briskly toward expertise.
We will cover each of the exposure modes in your camera -- those marked M, A, S, P on some cameras or M, Av, Tv, P on others. What do they mean? Why would I use each of them? What benefit do I get from them?
We will experiment with CONTROLS that you can employ to overcome problems that every digital camera has with some common scenes.
We will experiment with zooms and define "focal length" in terms that will make it useful knowledge and help you make decisions about zoom settings.
With hands-on practice in class and a weekly assignment, you'll make more use of more controls of your camera than you thought possible. Your pictures will improve and photography becomes more fun.
2 minutes from I880, easy parking, much more spacious studio than prior Newark classes = WOW!
