This group was created to help support people that are interested in learning, discussing and sharing about diet and lifestyle changes not only reduces your risk of heart disease, certain cancers, diabetes and cognitive decline, but also result in healthy sustainable weight loss, improved mood, and an overall better quality of life. We are overwhelmed with information about fad diets, supplements and cleanses.
