He is the co-founder of Appreneur, a Digital Marketing agency in Perth specialising in Conversational Marketing using intelligent Conversational Auto Responders also known as Chatbots. Email open rates are anywhere between 20% to 30% with click-through rates (CTR's) of up to 5%.
And that considered good!!
