What we're about
This group meets on Sundays in Chapel Hill to do outdoor bootcamp-style conditioning workouts to improve our strength and endurance. Our workouts are moderate-to-high intensity and are great for general conditioning and fitness, or as the perfect compliment to your primary running, weightlifting, or sports routine.
All of our workouts are designed to meet the needs of both beginner and advanced participants. Almost every workout consists of time-based activities rather than counted reps (for example: "pushups for 45 seconds" instead of "do 15 pushups"). You'll never have to worry about holding the group back with these types of workouts! Everyone will get to give their 100%, whatever that is for each person!
