What we're about

This is a group that aims to foster spiritual and intellectual development in a welcoming and non-dogmatic environment. Events are hosted by the Phoenix Friends Meeting, a congregation in the historic unprogrammed (non-pastor led) Quaker tradition, and will usually include 6-12 additional attendees who are part of the Friends congregation. The group hosts regular discussion groups on spiritual and social justice topics on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month. These discussions are usually organized and led by attendees but sometimes include outside speakers. The group also hosts a once-a-month book discussion as well as philanthropic activities.
