Kickoff event help needed Saturday, March 9

The 2019 Wilderness Trails Backpacking Kickoff is just around the corner.

No experience is required for this fun opportunity to help create the 4th annual backpacking kickoff, sponsored by the Boundary Waters Advisory Committee (BWAC). The Kickoff is an annual clearinghouse for information about all of Minnesota's wilderness trails and the trail advocacy clubs that steward them.

Bonus: share your event planning and/or folding chair set-up or take-down skills with other outdoor enthusiasts; spend an extra hour or so with trail volunteers and get the inside scoop on BWCAW hiking adventures.

BWAC welcomes your help with:

🌲🌲🌲 Day of event--March 9, 2019--time slots between 11:00 am to 3:30 pm
Camp Sacajawea Retreat Center
5121 McAndrews Road, Apple Valley MN 55124
Help needed:
🍄11:00-12:00 room set up
🍄2:30 or 3:00 (end of event) to 3:00 or 3:30--room take down and clean up
🍄11:30 to 12:30 event greeters and registration table
🍄co-hosts for demonstration tables, probably 2:00-3:00
🍄Luncheon hosts
🍄And the most rewarding of all--other TBD
