Volunteers make it happen!
All BWAC volunteers and friends are invited to attend this combined annual meeting, volunteer appreciation event, and twenty year anniversary party. Volunteers, organized by other volunteers, have been keeping wilderness trails on the map since 2002 thanks to BWAC's mission of advocacy, education, and trail stewardship.

Family and friends are welcome. There is an event registration fee of $5.00 for each attendee to offset facility rental, catered dinner, and to plan for dinner guests. No charge for children ages six and under.
RSVP's are requested by Wednesday, February 2, 2022 on this Meetup site.
Jason Rasmussen, M.D., keynote speaker, walked off the Powwow Trail in October, 2001 and and lost his way, spending seven wintery nights in a dug out pine tree shelter before being found. Jason's story of survival and rescue is the subject of the book Lost in the Wild by Minnesota Book Award Winner Cary Griffith, © Borealis Books, 2006.
