Neo4j Introduction Workshop
This will be a hands-on workshop introducing you to the basic concepts of Neo4j as well as the Neo4j Cypher query language. The event will be presented by Brian Underwood, a developer advocate for Neo4j.
The schedule for the evening will be:
- A short presentation introducing Neo4j and Cypher
- An introduction to the World Cup and Olympics datasets
- 45-60 minutes - group work formulating queries on data. Brian will be available to assist
Food and beverage will be provided!
- Lighting demos of group findings
You should bring your own computer with Neo4j already installed ( see: http://neo4j.com/download/ ) and ideally have one or both of the datasets imported.
