Geology Hike with Iain Jamieson

MEET IAIN & DAVE AT THE JUNCTION OF PINE FLAT ROAD AND RED WINERY ROAD

Led by Iain Jamieson, a retired geologist who worked at the Geysers in the 1970’s, and now a Bouverie Preserve docent (which has expanded his interest in nature). Be prepared for a moderate hike with many stops to discuss the rock formations and geological history. Bring magnifiers and binoculars. Also bring lunch and extra water. Early teens may find this of interest.
