This is a unique support group for people who wish to build self esteem, create healthier relationships, to heal from and/or let go of a toxic or unhealthy relationship. These can be relationships you have in love, friendship, family, work, or elsewhere that are weighing you down in some capacity. You may feel stuck, misunderstood, frustrated, or not happy with where you are in your relationship.We welcome people at all steps of their journey – whether they been to a support group, meet-up, counseling or a newcomer!

I understand that during my participation in any Event or Activity organized by From Bashful To Badass Support Group, I may be exposed to risks that include, but are not limited to, the dangers of serious personal injury, property damage, illness, including mental health illness and/or death (“Injuries and Damages”). I agree to WAIVE, DISCHARGE CLAIMS, AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY From Bashful To Badass Support Group, its Organizers, event hosts and leaders from any and all liability on account of, or in any way resulting from Injuries and Damages, in any way connected with the Activity. I further agree to HOLD HARMLESS From Bashful To Badass Support Group and leaders from any claims, damages, injuries or losses caused by my own negligence while a participant on the activity or support group. I understand and intend that this assumption of risk and release is binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, and includes any minors accompanying me on the activity or support group.

If I bring guests to participate in the event I take full responsibility of the guests and agree to all above terms and conditions.

“Me? Dating Again?” The Next Steps in Healing After Breakup or Divorce-This is a multi-group zoom event. There are about 10 RSVPs so far from various groups. Divorced or dumped and down on your dating luck? Getting back into “the game” after ending a relationship with a partner can be confusing or frustrating. In fact, dating after breakup or divorce might feel downright impossible. Come be in community with other people sharing positivity and support as we tackle your biggest questions about dating after breakup or divorce. You’ll leave feeling empowered to take the next step in finding love again. WHAT TO EXPECT This support groups offers more than just talk. During our session, you’ll be introduced to a variety of skills that will support you in your healing process. We set the stage for honest, comfortable, and CONFIDENTIAL sharing. This week, our activities and exercises with will specifically focus on dating after a divorce or a breakup. WHO CAN ATTEND? Anyone who is feeling stuck, empty, or frustrated as they approach dating after a break up or divorce. We welcome people at all steps of their journey – whether you’ve been to a support group, meet-up, counseling or you’re a complete newcomer! WHAT SHOULD I BRING? Desire to change and an open mind. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? $10 per session ABOUT OUR GROUP “Creating Healthy Relationships in Life and Love” is a support and Meetup group started by Debbie C. in Nanuet, NY in 2009. We are not a traditional support group in the sense that we sit in a circle and listen to each other’s problems! Our group offers structured exercises, like role plays, meditations, and readings, among others, to guide you on your healing journey. Her training as a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach, Certified Addiction Peer Advocate, and Certified Life Skills Coach has prepared her to be both a teacher and a support for the people she supports. In addition to that, Debbie herself has navigated the rocky waters of toxic relationships, only to become a stronger and more aware person.
