About the talk:

James Rohrbach will share insights from building culture at a startups. Every startup talks about having a great culture - usually "great" as in "fun" or "great" as in "driven." But, as anyone knows who has run or worked at a startup, the reality is often far from the hype. In this discussion we'll explore how to define your organizational values, create and sustain truly great culture aligned with those values, avoid common pitfalls, and, if you aren't the boss, strategies for enhancing the culture at your organization.
