Join our group of friendly keep fitters for our weekly workouts with certified personal trainer & Boxing for Fitness instructor Glenn.
Catered to all levels, our 40 minute (including warm up and cool down) sessions are designed to get your body moving and improve your core strength and flexibility in a social environment.
Each session focuses of full body movements that can be altered to meet the needs of different individuals within the group, but all exercises are performed together in a fun interactive way.
No equipment is needed other than comfortable training shoes and appropriate clothing that allows full range of movement. Some workouts will require a back pack with a little weight inside. You'll be notified prior to the session when this is the case.
