12 Days Private China Tour

Beijing-Shanghai-Hong Kong

Day 1. Los Angeles - Beijing (In-Flight Meals)

Today board the flight to Beijing. Enjoy the on board food, beverage and the entertainment.

Day 2. Arrive Beijing (In-Flight Meals)

We arrive in Beijing, the capital city of China. Greet our local guide in the arrivals hall and transfer to our luxury accommodations for a good night's rest.

Day 3. Beijing (Breakfast, Lunch, Special Dinner)

This morning, we will sight-see Tiananmen Square, which is noted as the largest public square in the world and then the Imperial Palace in the Forbidden City. The Forbidden City was the Chinese imperial palace from the Ming dynasty to the end of the Qing dynasty. For almost 500 years, it served as the home of emperors and their households, as well as the ceremonial and political center of Chinese government. Followed by the visit of Summer Palace, the entire site is comprised of 800 buildings with more than 9,000 rooms. In the evening, also included welcoming dinner will feature the famous Peking Duck and wine.

Day 4. Beijing (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

The Great Wall of China is one of the seven greatest man- made wonders of the world and is definitely the focal point of China. We will hike along the Great Wall (Juyongguan Pass). Later visit Traditional Chinese Medicine Center and enjoy a foot-massage. After dinner, enjoy the legendary Kung Fu show.

Day 5. Beijing (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Today we’ll visit Temple of Heaven, an Imperial Sacrificial Altar in Beijing, which is the site of imperial sacrifices to Heaven. If we are interested in Chinese Tai Chi, we can take an optional Tai Chi class at the Temple of Heaven. In the afternoon, visit Lama Temple, one of the largest and most important Tibetan Buddhist monasteries in the world, as well as Confucius Temple, which was built in 1302, and officials used it to pay their respects to Confucius until 1911. After dinner, see a CBA or CSL game.

Day 6. Beijing - Shanghai (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) Bullet Train Today, take a bullet train to Shanghai, the largest population of any city in China. We will go to the Yuyuan Garden, Shanghai's Old Street, the colonial styled Bund and the Nanjing Road. Drive back to hotel after local restaurant dinner.

Day 7. Free Day (time for Disneyland for those that want to go)

Day 8. Shanghai (Breakfast)

Today is free for leisure or last minutes shopping. I would like to take this day and visit with my friend and explore Shanghai and the neighborhoods as it is meant to be and we are more than welcome to join. Maybe a little karaoke. Just saying

Day 9. Shanghai - Hong Kong (Breakfast)

Today board the flight to Hong Kong. Enjoy the on board food, beverage and the entertainment. Upon arrival, we will be transferred to the hotel and have a good rest.

Day 10. Hong Kong

Today, we'll enjoy a half day sightseeing tour. Firstly, visit the Stanley Market, a typical example of a traditional old open air market in Hong Kong. Then tour the Aberdeen Fishing Village (An optional sampan ride is also available at our own expense). Next, enjoy the picturesque scenery at the crescent shaped Repulse Bay. We'll finish our tour of Hong Kong Island with panoramic ride that brings us to the Victoria Peak, where the harbor and the city sprawl in front of us. The afternoon goes to Po Lin Monastery.

Day 11. Hong Kong - Macau - Hong Kong (Lunch)

In the early morning, leave hotel to Ferry Terminal and take high speed ferry from Hong Kong to Macau. Upon arrival, we'll be greeted by local guide and starts tour of the city by visiting Statues of Goddess Kum Ian, A Ma Temple, Barrier Gate as well as Guia Circuit and Ruins of St Paul Cathedral, Senado Square, Souvenirs shop and casino. Please note that travelers under 18 years old or wearing shorts / slippers will be declined entry to casino. Buffet lunch will be served. Finally we'll be transferred to Macau Ferry Terminal and takes the high speed ferry back to Hong Kong

Day 12. Hong Kong – Los Angeles

Free time until departure. We'll be escorted to the airport for our flight home. our amazing China trip ends.

A written Cancellation Notice via email must be received The following cancellation fee applies:

45 or more days prior to departure: $200 per person will be assessed.

30-44 days prior to departure: $400 per person will be assessed

14-29 days prior to departure: $600/person

4-13 days prior to departure: $1000 per person will be assessed.

Less than 3 days or nonappearance: 100% of total charge.

Besides the cancellation fee, Penalties from Airlines or Train Companies apply if air tickets are issued.

Remarks:

The itinerary may subject to minor changes based on local situations;
