Are you looking to get fit but don't know where to start? Many people looking to get fit find gyms intimidating and don't enjoy the experience. Taking a walk is a great way to start your journey to a newer, fitter you.

Join us for a walk at a moderate pace while enjoying the company of like-minded people.

The route is either on wide pavements or in quiet roads, and we make sure you are always with someone. And we have someone who will fetch us in case of a mishap! The route is along Van Buuren road so if you feel like the walk is too strenuous, you can always turn back-as long as you don't walk alone

After which we stay for breakfast and shoot the breeze some more.

We meet in front of Bem Bom. We meet at 8:45AM. PLEASE NOTE!!!: for security reasons it is advisable to leave your valuables behind when walking.

Please note: the length of the walk IA approximately 5.5 km.

We have moved the brunch to 10:00 to ensure we can book a table for all who RSVP for the fun walk AND the brunch.

If there are enough people for a walk this will be done first and the walkers will join the brunch group afterwards. Later and all the tables are occupied!

We will meet here for our walk and social. Some of us go on the walk, some just stay here for a social and to have breakfast or coffee waiting for the walkers that typically arrive back at about 10:15. Whether you want to take part in the walk or run or not you are very welcome to join us at Bem Bom! It has great coffees, other drinks, a variety of breakfasts, lunches and snacks.
