Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher Steve Wilder has around 30 years of yoga experience.
First class is complimentary, then it’s R150 per class in your first month, R650 per month on a regular basis, for 1 class weekly, R1080 for 2.

Class time on Saturdays is 08h30, plus Mondays at 18h00 (on request.)
There are also classes at Nicol Wellness Centre, Bedfordview Wednesdays and Fridays at 08h00.

This style of yoga is reasonably rigorous and precise with particular emphasis on correct alignment, achieved where necessary by appropriate use of props, so it's accessible to all.
