HELLO EVERYONE! 

 Functional Fitness Training is a new way to workout that will improve muscle imbalances, minimize injury and maximize results.  Using corrective exercise, chronic  pain can be relieved and future discomfort prevented by identifying muscle imbalances.  With self massage, stretching, activating weakened muscles  and finally integrating (using) proper movement you can achieve this goal.   You will also learn a great deal about correct alignment (posture), which is crucial for proper movement.    Anyone  can have muscle imbalances !!  Young or old, athletes to  couch potatoes.I invite you to try one of my classes to feel better and to be able to train more efficiently than ever before.
