Gina Mariko Rosales is an events enthusiast, self-proclaimed efficiency nerd, and nonprofit advocate. She is the Founder & Owner of Make it Mariko Events, as well as the Co-Founder & Event Producer of the well-known UNDISCOVERED SF Creative Night Market in SOMA Pilipinas, which launched to over 10,000 people and is going on their 4th year. Prior to founding Make it Mariko, Gina was the Head of Marketing Events for Google X and the Self-Driving Car team. Gina’s mission in life is to curate magical, meaningful moments for the community while amplifying the voices of creatives of color especially through her nonprofit, Pinayista.

He participated in the prestigious IXL Innovation Olympics on a project focused on reducing racial income inequality, where his team's solution to improve the SMEs' digital engagement won 1st prize at the competition.
Richard brought together an international team that envisioned an untapped opportunity for one of the top 3 US telecommunications companies gain an edge in the 5G race.
Richard was named a 2018 Forbes Fellow and listed in BostInno's 25 under 25.

He also launched the Stayhome virtual conference series in May 2020 which is a 100% virtual event with speakers in real estate, digital marketing, e- commerce and finance.
Jason Craparo

Jason Craparo is the founder & CEO of Hio. Prior to Hio, Jason was on the executive management team of Juma Ventures, a national social enterprise operating in six US cities. Jason holds an MBA from Babson College, where he won the school’s top honor, the Roger W. Babson award and the top academic award, the Sorenson Scholar. Jason has been a certified private pilot since 2008 and has done advanced aerobatics.
