1) To build community that is supportive of APIs and APIAs in the LGBT-at-large through events that promote healthy interpersonal dialogue and socialization, 2) to create opportunities for APIs and APIAs to safely integrate themselves into the LGBT-at-large, and 3) to reclaim human interaction into the analog world.

GAPA Chats, a safe space to talk about our personal GLBTQ API experiences.
About this event
GAPA has reintroduced the safe space discussion group for us to talk about our GLBTQ and API experiences, and life issues in GAPA Chats. GAPA was formed out of such a discussion group, then called “rap groups,” and helped germinate our sense of identity, pride and community.
