Learn how to build Actions for the Google Assistant by our amazing new WTM Actions on Google GDE, Amanda Cavallaro!! Amanda is going to give us a short talk on how to build actions and then dive straight into the code with a lab that she presented in Madrid at the WTM conference last weekend. Prepare to be hands-on!

Watch a demonstration of the Firebase Firestore and its real time facility, along with another specific area of the program called Firebase Functions by Jules Ham, one of the co-founders of Apps In The Sky.

During the day she works at, when the sun goes down she wears her cape of Google Developer Expert for Google Assistant and is a Women Techmakers Lead and Community Organiser at GDG Cloud London.
