Flutter Study Jam (session 3)
*** RSVP for this session of the Flutter Study Jam opens 3 weeks before the event *** Flutter is Google’s mobile app SDK for crafting high-quality native interfaces on iOS and Android in record time. Flutter works with existing code, is already used by developers and organisations around the world, and is free and open source. If you want to get started on building Flutter apps, join us for our Flutter Study Jam! Together we'll work through Flutter Udacity Course materials prepared by Google instructors. You will be able to get hands-on experience with Flutter and build a Flutter app while learning the fundamentals. This is the third and final of three sessions. Please be aware that if you've missed either of the first or second session, it'd be really of advantage if you had a working Flutter installation and worked through the covered material of session 1 and/or 2 in your own time. In this session we're continuing to work with Flutter and finish Lesson 2 and have a graduation ceremony for everyone who made it through the three sessions. Study Jams are not traditional instructor-led, classroom-based trainings. Instead they're better described as "guided hackathons" in which everyone works together to understand and learn new things. Thanks a lot to our friends at BizDojo Tory Street who let us use their events space for the Flutter Study Jam. Rough agenda for session 3: - Finishing Udacity Course Lesson 2 - "Graduation" - Playing with Flutter ** Please note that this event doesn't have catering. If you or your employer is interested in sponsoring food and/or drinks for the Study Jam, please get in touch. Otherwise it's BYO or Uber Eats :-)
