with... Sham Reddy. A goal is much better than a new year's Resolution which fades in two weeks, especially if has action plans attached. Come to 3rd Wednesday meeting of GDREIA to learn more about how to set goals and come up with action plans with timelines....so they have a much better chance of becoming a Reality. 3rd Wednesday General Meeting to turn goal-setting into a real 2026 action plan with simple strategies for achievable steps! Lots of time management tips too.

How did you do in 2025? Are you happy? Did you have set goal and action plans? Having a goal will give you a target to shoot. Do you always achieve your goal, most people don't. In this session, new investors will learn how to set meaningful goals, build action plans, and leverage community support to stay motivated. This session will help you transform your 2026 vision into tangible outcomes with accountability and confidence.
Sham Reddy CRS, a REIA member and a Licensed Real Estate Consultant for over 34 years will present organized plan to set your goal and draw action plans to get as close as possible. Remember your goals need be aggressive, high and needs to have accountability with someone in your family or friends to make sure you are not slacking.
