We are a FREE FitCamp that focuses on 80% nutrition, 20% exercise and 100% mindset for a healthy and active lifestyle.
We have two (2) workout groups: a low impact group, geared towards beginners and/or those coming back from an injury, and a high intensity group, for those looking to be challenged.
We are one big 'ohana (family) from all walks of life that enjoy working out in a positive and supportive community, making lifelong friendships and leading healthy & active lifestyles.
