Abstract
ThoughtWorks supports and drives clients to success in the digital space. This requires the fine-tuning and combination of advanced concepts out of four dimensions / categories: Technology, Org-Design, Product-Design and Strategy (TOPS). If those play well together, then success in the digital space is at hand.

During this Meetup we will discuss with you some aspects and patterns, from past and ongoing digital transformations we worked on with our clients.

We will moderate an interactive part, which allows you to prepare and share your learnings and best practices with regards to TOPS.

The content will be based on our offering "Leading Digital Success". This is our holistic approach to leading units which develop and run digital products, a guideline for success and an approach to start and transform your enterprise.

Laura Dietze is a Business Analyst/Product Manager for ThoughtWorks. Originally coming from the field of communication science she caught the digital and product bug early on during a gig in Cairo, Egypt and never turned back. She gathered her thorough knowledge of agile practices and lean product development as a consultant for varying customers from small start ups to big corporations. Despite creating awesome products she loves helping organizations to be ready for the ever changing market conditions they face today.

Dino Frese is a ThoughtWorks Principal Consultant in Germany and Head of Client-Success & -Engagements for ThoughtWork's German business.
