GOTO Night: Data engineering without walls
While data scientist are the ones responsible of asking the right questions and providing answers with your big, or small data, data engineers are the ones who make that possible by gathering, processing and storing it in a way that is easy to be accessed. During this presentation we will explore how organizations of different sizes manage their data related teams, how to recruit, build and retain engineers, the primary skills each role needs. By the end of this talk you will take home a few ideas on how to set up your data teams for the best.
