What are ScrumMaster Clinics?
A health check for newly practicing ScrumMasters. The clinic is a place to come to share your struggles, offer ideas, listen and learn, and become rejuvenated in your work. Participation
The ScrumMaster Clinic is open to any practicing ScrumMaster, certified or not, and to all those that have taken the CSM or PSM workshop but are not yet in a position to practice the craft.

The clinic will be facilitated by a group of experienced Scrummasters and Agile Coaches.

Agenda
Doors open at 16:30, please arrive no later than 16:45 to allow yourself to settle in before we start at 17:00. There is no set agenda, the clinic will be defined and structured around the current needs of the participants. Through the use of various learning techniques, including interactive exercise, role-play, pair dialog and whole group conversation specific issues will be explored, and resolutions sought. We end at 20:00. Outcome
If all goes well you'll return to work energized, and buzzing with new ideas and new hope. Will you have answers? Probably not. But it's almost certain you will have better questions.

The word clinic has multiple meanings. Here clinic is referred to as: ”a group meeting devoted to the analysis and solution of concrete problems or to the acquiring of specific skills or knowledge”.
