Abstract
The Heart of Agile is a way of simplifying agile to 4 words: Collaborate, Deliver, Reflect, Improve. That's all you need. That takes you back to the roots of agile, and also brings you into the present. Alistair will highlight how and why the heart of agile is written in the way it is, and how it expands to modern practices.
After the short talk, Alistair will answer questions by telling stories of situations he has seen. This is a more entertaining, and usually a more illustrative way of answering questions. Bring along questions at any level, and see what happens.
