Deadlines: What Are They and What Do They Do

Deadlines - we all need to deal with them. Bosses or PMs or... someone, tells us we "have X weeks, how long will it take to test this?"

Can we avoid them? What can we reasonably do and can we commit to it?

Meet us at Salvatore's ay 6:00 - we can hang out and get food (if folks want a selection of pizza I can arrange that as well) then get down to the main topic around 6:30.

And, yeah. I know this is really close to the date that I am scheduling this - I thought it was kind of appropriate, don't you? ;)
