Software and software testing is our normal focus. We also have topics around ideas in UX and broader ideas, not definitively related to software. Part of "managing change" and crafting an experience radically different from the current "world" takes something more than "the boss said so." There needs to be a direct message on how the future can be better than the now and a path on how to get there.
Paul Bahle has a hunch that UX Design Principles can be applied to other, broader societal issues, like climate change.
