November serious games meet-up

Details
The next meeting of the Serious Gamers Of The DC Region will be on Saturday, November 12, 3 PM, at Tunicliff's Tavern in Washington, DC. We haven't met in a while, there's lots to discuss.
A serious game for a good cause
We've officially launched the Refugee Megagame, a serious game about the refugee crisis. Want to learn more about what to do to help refugees? Interested in having a real discussion, not a shouting match? Like to meet other people who are concerned about this topic? Then click here to check out the web site for this event. (http://www.refugeemegagame.com) It's open to the public, and it's free. February 11th is the date.
Bring your serious game questions
Every meeting of this group is an opportunity to discuss your serious game ideas, opportunities to use serious games in your organization, the latest successful examples of serious games in action, and related topics.
And let's play!
We often finish the meeting with a quick game (the strictly fun kind, not a serious one).
Need someone to talk about serious games to your organization?
I often give talks about serious games. If you want me to present to your organization, I'm glad to do it free of charge. Contact me at kingdaddy8@gmail.com for details. (I also talk about software development approaches like Agile and Lean, too.)
