Some of the activities that we will do in the group are things like: Conservation Area Hikes (Durham Forest, Heber Down, Lynde Shores, ex). Nature Walks. Basically anything that will help us be outdoors more, or stay active.
If you are looking to get out of the house more and haven't hiked much in the past, or if you have been out a few times, or even if you are advanced and looking for some harder trails, this group is for you.
